About Free Shipping

A huge part of our products are offered to our customers with free delivery. Shipping for these items cannot be provided free of charge outside the contiguous 48 United States. All free shipping items will be delivered via regular ground. Free shipping offer does not include time to build or test systems.

Departure Time of Heavy Machinery

Triton Packaging offers some heavy machines, some of the heavier than 600 Pounds and they require special freight process and testing procedures. Thus, these items may depart 2 to 3 business days after purchase is made.

Refurbished Items

All products listed in this section are refurbished and are sold as is. Refurbished means that the product has been repaired or replaced by the manufacturer, or sent back for a refund for non-defective purposes. Packaging and accessories may differ from the actual retail box, and may not be included. Please understand that when purchasing these items, that the risks of a defective product are increased and that, as a refurbished item, requests for service may not be available. Products are available in limited quantities, on a first-come first-serve basis.

You can send us samples!!!

You may send samples of your products for us to test in our machines. Whenever you think it is convenient or relevant, your own products can be tested in our machines prior to your purchase. To send products please mail to:

• Company
• E-mail Address
• Machine to be tested (Include Triton Packaging Model Number)
• Specific details during test that you want us to look at. 

• If you prefer to get back your tested samples physically, include the following additional information:

• Return shipping label to your mailing address

Customer is responsible for shipment of samples to and from Triton Packaging.
Product tests may take up to 5 working days to be completed. You will be notified by the E-mail provided about the results of your tests.
